Raines, Billie Louise (Hoff), 68, passed away Aug. 23, 2014, in her home. Billie was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend who shared laughter and love with all she met. Memorial service will be at 12 p.m. Thursday, at Westside Freewill Baptist Church, 3310 W. MacArthur Rd, Wichita, 67217. She is survived by her sons, Rick (Kelly) and Todd Raines and grandchildren, Kasen Louise and Daniel Jordan Raines. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Barry Raines, Sr., her parents, Margaret Louise Houseberg and William Robert Hoff, and her brother, Dennis Hoff.
